Can I have a trial first?

You can create an account view and test the basic features of the day home plans, but your day home page however will not be accessible to the public until you have a valid plan paid for.

I can't activate my account!

If you did not receive your activation code, please first check any spam/junk folder in case it ended up there. You can enter your Activation Code Here. If you're still having issues, please create a Support Ticket and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes! You can cancel your plan at any time before your next billing cycle. Once your plan is cancelled, you will no longer be billed.

Do you give refunds?

You have up to 72 hours after your billing cycle has occurred to receive a full refund. We unfortunately cannot refund any plans after 72 hours.

What happens to my day home page if I cancel my plan?

When you cancel your plan, your day home page will no longer be accessible to the public nor will it show up on the map. You will still be able log in, make changes, update billing information, and view messages. Your day home information will NOT be deleted.

When will I be billed?

Once you sign up, on your billing page, you will be asked to provide your credit information. Your credit card will be charged and your plan will be automatically renewed the same day every month unless we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel. You can also cancel your plan directly from your billing page. You may cancel at any time.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

If your credit card is declined, your day home page will not be accessible to the public nor will it show up on the map, but you will still be able to access and make changes if you are logged in. Once a new credit card is accepted, your day home page will be accessible once again to the public.

Where can I update my credit card?

Once you are logged in, you can update your credit card on your billing page.
